There is not much to like about this place- The staff is all rude. I stayed there for 5 nights and not once was the trash even offered to be removed. This is the most unfriendly place I have ever been to.

Good bed. Clean room. No parking. Had to park on grass along with 30 other guests and was boxed in at 6:30 the next morning which delayed my departure. The unacceptable parking situation negates all the good of the place. I will not stay there again.

I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was ok if you wanted to wait in a line to order it for 30 minutes and then wait another 15 minutes for it to be cooked - no healthy options at all, no fruit, or cereal. the hotel carpets were filthy and looked like they needed to be replaced. the location was terrible and not close to anything at all apart from a very large park.SonyaUnited States of America - 6.0Scored 6.0
The beds are very comfortable.
The beds are very comfortable. The tv size and convenience of mini fridge and microwave is nice. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The negatives: access to hotel parking lot can be a liability and or cause a fatal accident. Desk staff need training on greeting customers with their attention and not carry on about other work stuff in front of a customer. Kept getting billed over agreed amount which is very concerning. Was bad experience with this hotel no transportation no bus no any thing around we just asked the lady in the reception to cancel she say no you have to pay for 4 nights and we pay her but we could cancel before we pay and she say you have to pay now and later ask the manager for cancellation she was so mean they night shift guy was nice he say you can cancel any time . There was also soda bottles and the reclining chair in the room dirty straws on the side of the heater markings on the toilet this list could probably go on and on dirty towels and washcloths as well wasn't able to use the pool that's the whole point of this stay.LastishaUnited States of America
