I landed quite late in Johannesburg, when I got to the hotel I was assisted by a gentleman at the front desk , didn’t get his name but he was absolutely amazing, professional, assisted me quite quickly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
When I got to the room , it was more than what I expected, clean, comfortable, very homelike atmosphere.
