It was a beautiful location on the edge of the river flowing through Kamloops. It was a heritage building with lovely fur floors and lots of character. Staff were very nice and we had an excellent time.

The pool and hot tub were an amazing way to end my busy days. Despite being fairly close to the rail line I did not hear trains through the night. Beds were comfy and I slept soundly each night.

Karen's garden is a picturesque beauty, with its charming design featuring a small bridge over a flowing stream. This delightful arrangement adds a lively touch to the serene courtyard. Seated on comfortable sofas, we were enveloped by the fragrant blooms, allowing us to enjoy the garden's splendor while simultaneously indulging in the warmth of a cozy fire.

There was no pool there was no hot tub. There was no sauna. The carpets in the hallway were all turned up. The baseboards were all turned up the elevator was a mess. The restaurant was very hard to understand anything on the menu but a hamburger bathrooms were very small will not pick Hilton again

Having a sauna, and hot tub for us adults and a waterslide and indoor pool for the kids was great! The room was spacious and had a separate bedroom which was great for the adults

Hot tub was nice in room. Fireplace doesn't work. Not enough towels and no elevator so with having mobility issues the 3rd floor was too many stairs to walk up.
