Langford Farmhouse is a very special place. A stunning house in a beautiful setting. We couldn't have wished for a more perfect place to spend time as a family. Sarah was hugely welcoming and it was a real joy to experience farm life and freshly laid eggs every day. The location is perfect with a really wide range of interesting places to visit all within a half hour drive. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

Smashing house in a fabulous location. Everything you could need. I was working away from home for the week and the WiFi was top notch. Next to a lovely pub and the railway station, not that you’d know, it was very peaceful. Easy drives to New Forest villages, Lymington and Southampton and there’s ponies are on your doorstep.

The accommodation was clean and very nicely decorated throughout. We particularly liked the fact that every room had a unique feel to it. Almost every room had an ensuite which made it a very comfortable stay for the whole group. Location was also perfect, a very short walk from the high street.

The garden is enclosed which was great for a curious and active cocker spaniel. The hot tub was a lovely addition! I do recommend a car as it’s quite remote (which is exactly what we needed as busy frontline practitioners) it’s 25 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the forest 🥰 We had a situation that was a genuine mistake and was dealt with by the owner and that would encourage me to stay there again.

Great pub, the White Hart, about a mile away. Nice walk from the property and very easy access by road to rest of New Forest. Garden is completely enclosed so safe for dog (or children if you had them) Suited us well (2 adults and a dog) but it’s small and I wouldn’t want to be there with children or someone sleeping on sofa bed.

Plenty of off-road parking space adjacent to property.

The tea, coffee, milk and sugar, plus the fruit basket, were a lovely thought. The grounds are idyllic. We saw, deer, ponies, pigs, ducks, geese, swans and squirrels in/from the Cadnam Lodge Estate grounds. We hope to visit again and stay a bit longer next time (short break this time due to visiting relatives) we would have no hesitation in recommending.JillFamily with young children

The owners were amazing, during the high winds Sandra was checking in with us making sure we were ok and to see if the power was still on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cadnam Lodge despite the weather. We both will look forward to coming back again, this time hope the weather is a lot nicer!RobYoung couple
