Our stay here exceeded our expectations. We booked the two bedroom apartment, it was exceptionally well stocked, spacious, comfortable and clean. The whole complex was spotless. Eduardo and the other staff could not have been more helpful and were super friendly. A short walk took you to a gorgeous street filled with bustling busy lively restaurants with excellent food. There was a supermarket right outside. The staff left a very helpful note about nearby amenities which was very welcomed and helpful. Its about a 15/20 minute walk to the nearest Metro station so be prepared for that. We didn't find it an issue however. The complex is in the centre of a local residential area of Rome and we loved hearing the sounds of locals going about their business. It was quiet at night. We absolutely loved our stay in Borgo san Lorenzo.

We believe it was the owners daughter who greeted us as we came in and she explained everything about the room and even offered tourist help even though we had our trip pre-planned.
