Both the room and the garden. Everything was very clean. The hostesses were so nice and welcoming, and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable, including placing our wet sea stuff in the sun so they could dry. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants peace and quiet just a short walk from the center, ideal for couples!

We got the unit on the second floor. It had 2 bedrooms. Super comfy 200cm width bed. Fully equipped kitchen though the kitchen is outdoors, might not fit everyone. For us it was great. Barely any mosquitoes even outdoors. Nice place to buy fruits 5 minutes walk and a big organic supermarket less than 10 minutes walk. The beach is very close to the flat, big waves but we built sand castles with our baby so it was fine. It was very relaxing stay in a peaceful environment. They even have a laundry machine and were very responsive to all our requests. Felt very secluded. 10 minutes walk from the Jaguar Rescue Center.

Lomas del Caribe ligger 16 minuters promenad från Playa Cocles och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med en utomhuspool, en trädgård, en balkong och gratis WiFi. The villas are very well equipped to cook anything you like! You can tell the person in charge cares about maintenance and does a good job at it. The pool was cleaned everyday, I asked for more sheets and towels and they were provided right away. Communication was excellent and easy via Whatsapp. Highly recommended for a group of four or family with kids. Very private, you can hear the monkeys howling and all kinds of birds chirping. Close to all main beaches (Cocles, Puerto Viejo and my fave, Punta Uva).

New Caribe Point ligger i Cahuita i regionen Limon och erbjuder en utomhuspool och vattensportfaciliteter. Puerto Viejo ligger 14 km bort. WiFi är gratis i alla utrymmen. Beautifull and good maintained villas with nice pool and garden. The host Edward and his wife were really helpful and tried to make our stay perfect.

Los Delfines Lodge ligger i Puerto Viejo i regionen Limón, nära Playa Cocles och Maltepe Park köpcenter, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. This has to be one of my all time favorite places we stayed at. The house and property were just great and the location perfect to explore Cocles, Puerto Viejo and Punta Uva. We could have easily stayed more than 5 days. Also the hosts were jsut too kind. We were even picked up at the bus station when we arrived and we got a ride at the end of our stay. Also, we could use their two bicycles to explore the area, which was perfect. If you like to cook your own food, the kitchen is very well equipped and just 1km from the property are two huge supermarkets where you get everything you need. Although during day you'll hear cars driving past the property sometimes, at night the area is very calm and in the morning you wake up to the sound of birds. Also important to mention: all windows are screened with mosquito nets. You don't get hot during the night because the temperatures are quite comfortable compared to, for example, the pacific coast.

Caribbean Secret ligger 450 meter från stranden Cahuita och 1,7 km från stranden Playa Negra. Här finns en trädgård och gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Husen har en uteplats och en sittgrupp. it was a beautiful location and very close to the entrance of the national park. we also enjoyed seeing the monkeys and chickens around the area and made friends with a cat!

Run don’t walk, to this sanctuary of peace and tranquility, before it’s fully booked. And it will be.
