Each cottage was clean, comfortable, well equipped and welcoming. The outside area was ideal for our children, including the park and football area. Zak and his wife were so friendly and helpful it made our stay perfect.

The hosts couldn't be more friendly and they really make you feel welcome. The little details like the fresh flowers in the room, the welcome present, the chocolates, biscuits, tea and coffee in the room (even fresh milk!!) really make a difference and makes this place extra special. The breakfast is very good and plentiful with a lot of different things to choose from. The surroundings are beautiful and we loved the fact that there was birdfood outside of our window so we were able to enjoy watching the birds eat. Ray and Anne really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, which we are very grateful for. We 100% recommend this place!

El Brookside Cottage está situado en la localidad de Sticklepath, junto al parque nacional de Dartmoor y a solo 10 minutos en auto de Okehampton. Hay conexión wifi gratis. This place is great. It is located in a small rustic village and the atmosphere is amazing. The apartment is in an old cottage with beautiful garden (right next to Finch Foundry). The room is a good size and the beds are comfortable. We also had our own kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Pete was a very nice host and cooked a great breakfast of our choice. He also recommended places to visit nearby. Our daughter enjoyed playing with the dog and feeding the chickens.
