This is a beautiful property and without doubt the most luxurious and well maintained property in the area. It is an escape from the busy market town, somewhere to just relax after a day exploring. We were delighted to find such a large well appointed and luxurious villa with great staff. The owner was able to accommodate a request for breakfast and organise dinners for us also (at extra cost) which was great. This property very much has an international feel to it in the way they look after you. We had not planned to spend so much time in the villa but it was so good we spend more time in than out.

Beautiful environment, clean air outside the busy part of the city. Great owners who took care of us in every way, excellent kitchen and clean and comfortable accommodation. An oasis of peace and good mood. I recommend booking a 3-day jungle trek through them, it was the best experience of the entire stay. We saw a lot of animals in the wild thanks to the excellent guides and they also have a great cook :)

Dolin Cottage is located on the beachfront of Sorake Beach in Botohilisorake, South Nias. All rooms have a terrace with views of the sea. Dolin and his family are wonderful people. We instantly felt at home. The rooms are very nice, the view is insane and the food, especially the fishtaco's, are to die for. We recommend this place 100%!!!

Booking Lucky Bamboo Bungalow was the best thing that could have happened to us in Bukit Lawang! Not only was Johnny the friendliest and most welcoming host, but also a very experienced and knowledgeable guide who made our 3-day trek an absolutely unforgetteable experience and we got to see 5 Orang Utans! Such a quiet place, lots of nature around it and a wonderful view. Only one thing could top that...Tirta and his tours. He showed me the jungle of Sumatra up close with all its wonderful animals. The 2nd special tour was also adventurous, we went with the cross over hill and dale to an elephant sancury. Tirta is a great and pleasant person. The most important thing for him is the well-being of his guests. You notice that immediately.
