This was the best stay in my week long travel throughout Iceland. The cabin is decorated very nicely, it has a kitchen which comes equipped with all kinds of utensils and spices you might need. There is a nice looking BBQ available on the deck. The beds were very comfortable and the hot-tub is excellent. The cleanliness of the lodge is immaculate.

We liked everything, it was like staying at home, a LARGE home :) comparing with other apartments we have been to, that was not just a “hotel room” style, there was a spirit of a live home, rare found. As I have mentioned, the house had a lot of space, very well equipped, kitchen was stuffed with all we needed, beds were comfortable, and there were a lot of lights all over the place. My son was happy fining a PlayStation that he played in the evening. The house was 10 minutes away from the airport, that might make sense if you need to stay a night before departure. Easy check in - check out, responsive and friendly host. Several grocery stores nearby. I would rate it all 5 starts in the review.

La Family villa se encuentra en Keflavík y ofrece terraza, wifi gratis y vistas al jardín. Se encuentra a 21 km de la Laguna Azul y ofrece jardín y estacionamiento privado gratuito. Perfect location, close to airport but very quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and had everything we need and more. We loved the kitty too!

El Ghost Town Guest House 10 min from Airport se encuentra en Hafnir, a 42 km del club de golf Keilir, y ofrece acceso a una bañera de hidromasaje. Preciosa casa, grande cómoda, muy bien decorada y amueblada, la cocina estupenda, se echa de menos una mesa de cocina o comedor, aunque tiene taburetes en la isla de la cocina, pero espacio para poner una mesa le sobra, la ubicación muy buena cerca del aeropuerto, y con varias visitas cercanas incluyendo la erupción volcánica actual, aunque de momento no dejen acercarse. Terraza con jacuzzi listo a la llegada.

El Converted Water Tower ofrece alojamiento con cocina en Grindavík, a 5 km de la laguna Azul. Esta villa tiene balcón. La villa cuenta con TV de pantalla plana y 2 dormitorios. This is such a unique house with a really cool industrial style. Everything is comfy and cozy but modern too. Very warm place to watch windy cold weather outside. Wish we could have stayed longer!

El Ocean Front Villa se encuentra en Vogar, en la península de Reykjanes, y ofrece parrilla. La llegada autónoma era fundamental para nosotros ya que llegamos de madrugada. Tiene de todo, set de baño, set de cocina completo incluyendo aceite y salsas de todo tipo, lavadora y lavavajillas, secador, etc. hasta albornoces y zapatillas por si se necesitaban.

El By the Lighthouse es un alojamiento independiente con zona de playa privada situado en la costa, a solo 3,8 km del centro de Vogar. El complejo Blue Lagoon está a solo 16 minutos en auto. This is the most wonderful accomodation we stayed in- and we stayed in quite a few on our trip. It’s cozy, warm and beautiful :)
