Otsi majakesi regioonis Gangwon-Do

Gangwoni provintsis asuv Heidi K. Haus pakub majutust koos väljas paikneva grillimisvõimaluse, rohelise muru ja laste mänguväljakuga. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. We stayed four nights, with day trips to the Gangchon Rail Park, Alpaca World, and Nami Island. This place was recommended by friends and I'm so glad we decided to stay here. John and his wife were really kind and took very good care of us. Rooms were clean and neat. Hot water flowed freely during bathtime and we drank cold water straight from the tap. For the most part, we felt like we were visiting grandparents who kept feeding us. We skipped the Vivaldi Ski Park only to discover Pallbong-san was closed for the winter, but John got us four gimbap, brought us to a nearby service road up a small peak, and sent us on a short hike (that incline!). We still got to muck around in the mud and leaves on the way up. Our sons (9 and 7) enjoyed the outdoors, helping John build campfires, playing with his wife's dog, and generally just running around the property screeching like banshees and dipping into John's store of firewood and kindling as he looked on indulgently (city kids don't get campfires much). The charcoal barbecue most reviews mention was a highlight, as was (for me anyway!!) cooking kimchi ramyeon with actual kimchi in a pot on a stove in a proper pension in the Korean countryside. I saved the receipt from our trip to the mart to buy ingredients too, it's going into my journal. Thank you John and Mrs Lee for your hospitality, we will not forget it. p/s For runners, there's a short out and back - just follow the pavement that starts at one of the roads in front of the property (the road after the tunnel, you'll see when you get there) to the end. A round trip took us about 40+ minutes? We called it 6plus-7km. A pleasant enough route.

We loved our 4 night stay! Howard made himself available any time we needed something, and the breakfast materials every day enhanced our stay. We would highly recommend staying here if tou want to fisit the beach or mountains, Terrace on the Cloud is convenient to both.

Casa Seorak Bed and Breakfast asub Sokchos, Mulchi rannast vaid 2,1 km kaugusel. Majutusruumidest avaneb vaade merele. WiFi-ühendus ja eraparkla kasutamine on tasuta. I felt welcome here from the first minute and could explore the city, mountains and local dishes thanks to the good recommendations of the host. The host ist really kind and helpful and speaks English well. The location of the guesthouse is between the city and Seoraksan National Park but in a quiet rural area. The next bus stop is in walking distance. I really liked the room and the view from the balcony. Breakfast was great and brought to the room. I would have enjoyed it to stay longer.

Gilson Story Pension asub Pyeongchangis, 46 km kaugusel Pyeongchangi olümpiaväljakust. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. The host was so welcoming and helpful! We felt so at home here.

Aia ja sisehoovivaatega CHAEUL Pension asub Pyeongchangi Bongpyeong-myeoni linnaosas, 41 km kaugusel Pyeongchangi olümpiaväljakust ja 2,4 km kaugusel Geumdangi orust. Everything. The location. The coziness. And especially the host. His kindness, friendliness and generosity.

Konditsioneeriga Cat on a Hot Tin Roof asub Yangyangis, 300 meetri kaugusel Jukdo rannast ja 1,5 km kaugusel Ingu rannast. Selles rannaäärses majutusasutuses on rõdu, noolemäng ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus.... Unique little apartment, original atmosphere. Well-decorated and very friendly place.

Forest of Color Pension asub Lordhillsi golfi- ja kuurordist 10 km kaugusel. Majutusasutuse juurde saab sõita suuskadel. It’s a truly amazing place - very calm, between mountains and a river. The owners are fantastic - they care about everything and help with all queries. Everything was prepared beforehand for us. The apartment is very spacious, with lots of additional futons if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are lots of useful utensils for babies/children. The heating worked very well. The owner speaks English and gives tips for surroundings. Our appartement had its own barbecue booth and the owner prepared charcoal so we had a wonderful dinner. There is an indoor playground, trampoline, two wooden swings, bikes and toys for children. I can imagine the place is also gorgeous during the summer time - with a swimming pool and a very nice outdoor. Definitely recommend this to anyone searching for little country side in Korea.

Aia ja konditsioneeriga Grace River House-Block B asub Hoengsongis, 12 km kaugusel Cheongwoo golfiklubist ja 16 km kaugusel Oxfieldi keskusest. Perfect location with great vieuw on the river. Very comfortable house with large living and plenty balconies. The house was very clean and roomy. The host is very kind and does everything to make the stay easy and pleasurable.

Magenta asub Donghaes, 2,6 km kaugusel Daejini rannast ja 2 km kaugusel Donghae keskturust. Majutusruumides on konditsioneer ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Majutusruumidest avaneb vaade merele. Firstly, I stayed in the Martin room and the ocean view was magnificent. It was on the third floor and really clean. I liked that there was a cafe on the first floor. I think it was an excellent business idea. They had my favorite coffee “cold brew”. ❤️

Aiavaate ja rõduga Sisilli Pension asub Pyeongchangi olümpiaväljakust umbes 24 km kaugusel. Puhkemajal on privaatne sissepääs, et muuta peatumise veelgi mugavamaks. The host upgrade our room to the bigger room without additional charges. And the host provide the winter snow sled for us to play. The location is really suitable for the sledding activities, and my kids enjoys so much. Whenever they feel cold, they can get back to the room immediately and being warm up. After that, they can come out to play again. How I wish i book this place for 2 nights. 1 night is really not enough. A big thumbs up to the Host.
