Located 300 metres from the beach in Petrovac, Villa Vukotić offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and TV with cable channels. Owners greeted me at the property with a warm welcome and a cold drink, keys, explanations! Incredibly kind. Uphill to get there if you are walking, be warned; super sweet owners offered to pick me up/drop me off: super kind. Nice, quit location, clean room with kitchen and balcony, big shared terrace as well. 10/15 min walk to the beach/restaurants, etc. Soft beds not super stable but fine. Owners available for assistance! Upgraded me also. Sweet! Good value ;)

Huvilan nimi kertoo kaiken, huvila on todellakin LUXURY! Huvilan sijainti on täydellinen, rauhallinen ja vihreä, ja tietysti upea esteetön näkymä Budvaan, rinteille ja merelle. Huvila on todella hiljainen, lähellä ei ole mitään, mikä aiheuttaisi häiritsevää ääntä. Ajomatka Tivatin lentokentältä on alle tunnin ja Budvasta vain 10 minuuttia. Tie on lähes perille todella hyvä, ja viimeisetkin sadat metrit ovat ajettavissa isollakin autolla. Huvilalla on iso, neljälle autolle sopiva, portilla varustettu parkkipaikka. Huvila on lähes uusi, ja kaikki materiaalit laadukkaita, laattaa, parkettia ym. Myös sisustus niin sisällä kuin ulkona on uutta ja tyylikästä. Kaikkialla on hohtavan puhdasta. Huvilan kaikki neljä makuuhuonetta ovat tilavia, kuin omia viiden tähden hotellihuoneita omilla tyylikkäillä kylpyhuoneilla. Kaikista makuuhuoneista on upeat näkymät merelle, kahdessa on lisäksi parveke ja patio. Vuoteet, tyynyt ja vuodevaatteet sekä pyyhkeet ovat myös laadukkaita ja niitä on paljon. Huvilassa on kaksi hyvin varustettu keittiötä, joista löytyy kaikki mahdollinen omiin kokkailuihin. Allasalue on upea, täysin suojaisa ja sieltäkin on upea merinäköala. Altaalla on oma suihku ja wc, ja toinen keittiö on aivan vieressä. Myös huvilan puutarhat ovat upeita ja hyvin hoidettuja. Isäntäpari, varsinkin Senka, oli aina valmis antamaan neuvoja ja he toivottivat meidät tervetulleiksi valtavalla määrällä hedelmiä, juustoja, makeisia ja juomia. Senka jopa järjesti meille ravintolalounaan huvilalle. Palveluihin kuului myös välisiivous sekä vuodevaatteiden ja pyyhkeiden vaihto viikon puolivälissä. Voimme lämpimästi suositella huvilaa, ette tule pettymään. Jos tulemme Montenegroon uudelleen, valintamme on ehdottomasti tämä. Ari & Anna-Mari

You feel the that this villa is brand new. The view is amazing. Privacy is 100% secured because it's a little higher than the other buildings. Pool is nice. we should stay longer

Set in Budva and only less than 1 km from Drobni Pijesak Beach, Seaview Villa Lavanda with pool offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was perfect. Beautiful house, well-kept garden, very nice owners. Fantastic stay. As a note, the villa is located on a quite busy street, which may be slightly disturbing at night. It is worth mentioning this in the description of the place. Too few deckchairs (3) for a larger number of people renting. Despite minor comments, I still give it the highest rating

Boasting pool views, Villas Monte Hill offers accommodation with patio, around 10 km from Aqua Park Budva. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a balcony and a swimming pool. Wonderful stay! Modernly equipped and clean. We will definitely come back again.

Featuring a balcony with mountain views, a garden and a bar, Villa Golda can be found in Petrovac na Moru, close to Drobni Pijesak Beach and 5.5 km from Sveti Stefan. Our stay at Villa Golda was fantastic! Very helpful and friendly owners made sure that everything was provided. The place is beatiful- hidden in the trees, with a mountain view and close to the sea side.... The house is spacious, clean and there is everything you need for a longer stay- from a very well equipped kitchen to outdoor/beach items. It was very spacious for us- a couple with a dog. It could be also recommended for a family or two couples, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everyone can find some space for themselves or spend some time together in the living room or garden. Air conditioning, shade and ice that was waiting for us in the fridge were were very helpful in surviving the hot summer :) Vey clean, 11/10!:) and we appreciated preparing and leaving for us so many supplies that helped us keep it that way. The house is nicely furnished, bed super comfortable. We really rested there. We appreciated that it was also pet friendly. It's a great place to stay and rest or explore the coast of Montenegro. We also appreciated some advice that we got about what to see in Montenegro, where to go. Definitely highly recommended place, worth visiting again.

The house is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need for your comfort staying.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, Villa Forte Mare is located in Petrovac na Moru. It is better than it looks in the pictures! Brand new, spacy, 4 big rooms with private bathroom each, comfy beds and TVs, huge living room, kitchen and dining table. Great pool. House is perfectly noise proof, although most of the time it is quiet anyway. Host Nazar is very kind, highly available (always answered in minutes since we booked and during the stay), speaks excellent English. It was like talking to a friend. It is perfect place for 2-3 families, 8 people, we were 9 and the kids just wanted to "come back to the villa" each day. Beach is 5 mins away, there is a small supermarket 3 mins walk, 2 restaurants (that we didnt visit), and a bakery/pizza that also sell ice cream right next, so you can buy hot buns every morning.
