Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. My partner and I spent almost 3 weeks in Zanzibar in January 2022. We have stayed at 4 different areas of the island, in 5 different hotels, Jambiani Villa being the second one, for 4 nights. Jambiani itself is a quiet fishing village with only a few hotels, guesthouses and restaurants. Right after we booked this accommodation we knew we made the right choice just by the way the hotel communicated with us. Prior our arrival we received the most detailed information about the Villas and the village, and received valuable tips and hits for traveling to Zanzibar in general. The Jambiani Villas are located in 3 properties. We stayed in the main building, called Katikati, in one of the apartments (Iliki) on the top floor, facing the outdoor pool and the ocean. Even though it was right above the restaurant, neither the smell, nor the noise (if there was any) could be felt or heard in our room. Our apartment had a very spacious and clean room with comfortable king size bed, air-conditioning, desk, sofa, TV, etc., spacious and really nice bath, a full kitchen with fridge and a large balcony. Finding European plugs in the room were a nice surprise. :) Wifi always worked perfectly throughout our stay. Breakfast is wonderful. I loved the fresh guacamole and the home made jam! At the beginning I was a little worried that having a restaurant onsite is going to be busy and noise, but not at all. It was actually very quiet, and it came handy that we could have lunch and/or dinner on site whenever we wanted to. The outdoor area is small, but clean, tidy and comfortable. The extremely kind, warm and helpful staff, along with the amazing efficient and professional management team made our stay really memorable. Amka Villa Issa House ligger i Jambiani og har restaurant og direkte adgang til stranden. Den store terrasse har udsigt over Det Indiske Ocean, og der er gratis WiFi overalt på ejendommen. The location and view of the ocean from our balcony plus also being able to watch and listen to village life. The room was very spacious, clean and good value. Staff were very friendly and service was great. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with fresh juice, fruits, bread, eggs and coffee. There are a few good restaurants very close by as well such as Peter pan and Yellow Card and a couple of convenience stores for water and snacks.

RoRi Private Luxury Villas er en nyrenoveret villa, som ligger i Bwejuu, få skridt fra Bwejuu Strand. Der er privat strandområde og havudsigt. Det er super lækkert virkelig luksus i allerhøjeste klasse. Utrolig venlig personale super Strand gode restauranter. Ligger lidt væk fra byen hvad er helt perfekt stadig kan man gå derind hvis man vil eller bare tage en lokal “taxa” Stedet, værten og personalet er simpelthen verdensklasse - jeg kommer igen !

Sand Beach Boutique Villas ligger i Bwejuu og har balkon med udsigt til poolen og haven, udendørs pool som er åben året rundt, skønhedsbehandlinger og udendørs bad. The staff are really sweet, rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was to die for.

Kikadini House er et nyrenoveret overnatningssted i Jambiani, tæt på Jambiani Strand. Der er pool med udsigt og have. Der er adgang til terrasse, gratis privat parkering og gratis wi-fi. Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!

CDM Villas Kiwengwa ligger i Kiwengwa, blot 41 km fra Peace Memorial Museum, og tilbyder indkvartering med havudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Last year we had already stayed in another villa within the same estate, and we saw that beautiful villa very well maintained, and this year we decided to spend the weekend here. What to say! exactly as we imagined. Exceptional cleanliness, attention and care from the impeccable staff, kindness of the owner. We felt pampered and appreciated.
