My experience was absolutely amazing. Chunga Changa is located in a small quiet road so you can have privacy and peace. The beach is just 10 minutes within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated with rustic decors. The host, Sabrina, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Definitely try the food there as well as they are affordable and delicious. Totally recommend!

Amazing boutique hotel, loved everything about it: beautifully decorated, nice garden, close to the beach, delicious breakfast and food at the restaurant… all in all, it felt like an oasis in Zanzibar.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. The Villa is family friendly, clean and neat , having almost an entire kitchen is amazing..can accommodate all family needs perfectly. The entire hotel staff are super helpful and very easy to communicate with. A very relaxed place as they say in zanzibar "pole pole". Would highly recommend to families with kids for a short stay, has excellent swimming pool also..

Located in Jambiani, Amka Villa Issa House features a restaurant and direct beach access. The large terrace offers Indian Ocean views and there is free WiFi throughout the property. The included breakfast was tasty and fresh. As an added bonus the food was brought to you, so you had the opportunity of dining alfresco outside your room while taking in the amazing view. In addition, the staff were so kind, gracious and always eager to assist. The location was perfect being steps away from the beach. As a result, you gained access to all the action on the beach, while not being on the highly trafficked coast. The representation of the view is exactly how it appears!

LIONS VILLA ZANZIBAR - Private Cook & Infinity Pool - ON THE SEASIDE is a recently renovated villa in Kiwengwa, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, garden and terrace. The property is absolutely stunning - such a peaceful place with amazing surroundings. But what impressed us more was the hospitality of Davies and Paola. They were very flexible with early check-in/late check-out and payment settlement. Davies was always around for anything we may ask! Super attentive, hospitable, and helpful. We really felt like guests at someone’s home. We definitely recommend this option for stay in Zanzibar - the reality will exceed your expectations.

Featuring a private beach area and views of sea, RoRi Private Luxury Villas is a recently renovated villa located in Bwejuu, a few steps from Bwejuu Beach. The villa was amazing, true to pictures and even exceeding in some aspects. Ricardo was an excellent host and always only a text away. The breakfast was exceptional with a variation of fruits, eggs, bread, pastries, cakes, fresh juice, yoghurt, milk and sandwiches everyday. The rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned every day. The location was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet beach area to relax. There are restaurants all up and down the beach within easy walking distance and shops + more restaurants just 5 minutes taxi away in Paje. The swimming pool was a dream, we spent relaxing afternoons and evening in the water, a welcome escape from the heat. We loved it and we will definitely be back.

Set in Bwejuu, Sand Beach Boutique Villas offers a balcony with pool and garden views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, beauty services and open-air bath. I liked how the place was always clean and neat. Great food and staffs. We felt so welcomed me and my daughter. The environment is friendly for family, couple and single travelers too. Worth every penny and more.

This is a great place to have a relaxing vacation with friends and/or family. You have the intimacy of an entire house and the benefit of your private pool suitable for 6-8 people, with the confort of the cleaning service and pool mentainance. 3 minutes away you will find a bakery with good breakfast options and some small shops with fruits, vegetables, drinks etc. Kikadini House and Jambiani are a great option to have an authentic Zanzibar experience

Situated in Kiwengwa and only 41 km from Peace Memorial Museum, CDM Villas Kiwengwa features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
