It is a short walk to a lively market area with shops and stores, and around 15 minute walk to the main tourist area. The room is small and cosy, but it works fine. Not luxury, but why would you expect that in this price range anyways? Quiet place, good AC and the wifi works well enough. Nice people running the hotel.
