We loved her horse that roams the backyard of the property. The B&B is a fairly new house of high quality, the room was large, bright and superclean. I wish we could have stayed longer, but this was our last day. Drive to FCO (Rome airport) took about 1.5 hrs, maybe a bit less, and this was with fairly heavy traffic near Rome.

I honestly, read the prior reviews and I was sold. It was exactly as the reviews stated. Beautiful, kind and they just made our end of our trip spectacular. Loved the balcony. Shower nice and the bikes were my favorite part. I loved riding bikes to the beach, small lunch/bar - we got sandwiches for the beach just at the end of the dirt road off to the right (IL CHIOSCO) and to the town of Sperlonga took your breath away. Once we figured out the biking path to Sperlonga, even in the dark we were set, the path is easy. Wish we had stayed longer. We were only there for 3 days. We did a small boat trip which we booked prior to our stay (I suggest doing this). Visit the Castle at night as they were open with drinks, climb to the top of the hidden city, and if you want a full beach day, just have them help you with beach reservation and try to do this the night before. Even though we did it late in the morning we still had a wonderful spot on the beach. For dinner, make sure you stop at Mari Pizzeria for dinner (make reservation the night before).
