I have stayed here before and that is why I chose to stay here again. The staff are really pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to give excellent service. The pool water and area are rally clean. The food in the restaurant is better than anywhere else I have stayed at! parking is easy and secure at night. This is one of my all time favourite hotels in Australia.

Large rooms, multiple restaurants on site, in-dining available. The creams and shower gels etc available are of great quality. I was departing prior to breakfast bar opening so they had it packed and ready for pick up earlier on my departure which was very “above and beyond” for any hotel i’ve stayed at. The staff were extremely polite, professional and very accommodating. I didnt catch the Philipino receptionist name but she was a great help and took care of my many requirements

Outside there is bbq’s and open fires. The breakfast spread is better than any 5 star hotel and of course the Hosts Helen and Ian are wonderful and helpful whilst giving you your privacy . I could go on and on how lovely this place is .

The garden area feels like a backyard and is very comfortable with hammocks and swing chairs etc and funky with all the art and designs. It was very chilled which we loved after being on the road and needing a nice place to stay in Alice.
