This is one of the most beautiful and well designed hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms are absolutely stunning - really cosy and luxurious - but they’re nothing compared to the restaurant and terrace/pool area. It is so tranquil with perfect touches like strawberry bushes and super comfy sun loungers. Every single member of staff that we encountered was extremely open, helpful, and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. It’s really easy to get to the centre of Bordeaux on the tram which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The wine list is also exceptional. We will 100% be coming back here.

Easy to find and access. Absolutely beautiful garden and pool - like a small haven! The room was separate to the main house and ideal - with everything you could possibly need! Even a pack of tooth brushes much to my daughters delight as she had forgotten hers. All the coffee /tea you could drink and a small fridge with juices and bottled water. It was perfect!

Room was comfortable and quiet. Whilst it's located a little from the central tourist area of the city, tram and bus services are very close by. One meal in the restaurant was excellent. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.
