Location was excellent, pool was beautiful and secluded. The restaurant was also excellent. The room while a very good size was showing signs of age, but still fine.

My recent stay at the Landings for a friend’s wedding was truly a delight, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the dedicated staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Shelda at reception, who was incredibly efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
The fitness classes offered by Nikita and Terry were top-notch. Their expertise and enthusiasm made every session enjoyable and invigorating. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking to stay active during your stay, I highly recommend joining their classes. I really enjoyed the yoga classes too!
Noe and Nigel, the hotel bellmen, were always on hand to assist with luggage and provide helpful information about the hotel and the local area. Their cheerful demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly valued as a guest.
Transportation was a breeze with the excellent service from Gaitan and Tyren Charles in the taxi service. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, ensuring that our travels around the city were convenient, safe and stress-free.
One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and the attentive staff ensured a pleasant dining experience each morning.
Overall, the exceptional customer service from the entire team made our stay at the Landings unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Loved the location of the hotel - we could walk to the beach and walk to some great restaurants. We loved our balcony off of our room where we could sit and chat, read, meditate. They provided yoga mats in the rooms so that I could do a few stretches on my own before starting the day. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing information for getting to places, and giving us ideas on where to explore and where to eat etc..
This hotel is located less than 1 km from Rodney Bay Marina in Gros Islet and features free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool and car rental. Palm Haven also has an on-site restaurant and bar.

Better than what one would imagine.
Better than what one would imagine. Everything about it is wonderful. Friendly, lots of different restaurants with a wide variety of menus, easy walk to the beach, marina, harbours and lots of shops to choose from, including 2 duty free malls. Very easy transport links to the rest of the island and secluded beeches. Spent 2 weeks in t shirts, shorts and sliders. No socks, trousers, shoes or coats. Watch out for bites from the mossies! (mosquito's). Citronella is best repellant. Massey supermarkets best and cheapest for booze! And food. They even have hot ready made meals in plastic containers - home from home

Access to public transport once willing right at your fingertips. Night life for the young and young at heart right outside the hotel and along a very safe road. The beach at Rodney Bay (Reduit Bay) I believe was sooooo wonderful the first time I visited. This time due to the bad weather in the Caribbean at the time no swimming was permitted. The life guards at the hotel ensured all were safe.

The layout of the villa was excellent- very spacious and attractive. Two nice outdoor seating areas- 1 on the patio and the other on a balcony off the bedroom upstairs. Well equipped kitchen with counter seating. TV with movie options as well as cable sports and more. Lovely small swimming pool just outside our door. Nicely landscaped garden. AC worked well and there are ceiling fans, too. Beach towels were provided. Good location just walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking space also provided.
I liked the location. Its on the beach, so you can go for a swim anytime you feel like although I did notice that the gates to the beach was closed at night so I am guessing that they don't want guests to go for a swim at night.
The shopping and groceries were walking distance away from the hotel. This was very convenient.
The garden was well maintained and manicured. They had a nice assortment of plants to look at.
The wait staff was very friendly and hardworking. Special shoutout to Aidan and Akim.
Location was great, with a restaurant and pub on site, which was convenient when we arrived. The restaurant was very nice. Short walking distance to the beach and also to restaurants and a supermarket. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were upgraded to a better room, and the view was wonderful over the marina. Having a transfer/taxi service on site was very useful and they did our transfer back-and-forth to the airport and we also use them to get to Pigeon Island. They also offered tours.
From the first moment we arrived we were greeted with a kind and helpful reception staff, Charan Eugene, who made our stay at Harmony Marina Suites very pleasant. The hotel room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The hotel grounds were well maintained with a bonus of a beautiful view of Rodney Bay marina. The hotel is just a short walk away from Reduit beach. The hotel is comparable to other more expensive hotels in the location and it could easily be rated as a 4 star instead of 3.
The hotel's location was perfect for us—it was right on the beach, close to some great restaurants, and accessible to shopping centers on foot. We enjoyed a great sunset view every night of our stay, and the bed was quite comfortable (and huge!). However, the furnishings and TV in the room were a little dated. Although there weren't many alternatives and it might take some time for someone to take your order, the pool bar that opened for lunch had great sandwiches.
The staff was excellent. They assisted my husband and I with everything we brought to their attention. When we wanted to visit attractions outside of the hotel they made all the arrangements for us. When we wanted to go to the St. Lucia Jazz festival, they also helped us the make arrangements with transportation. They food at the hotel was excellent and the drinks never stopped flowing. We will definitely be returning.
Marina waterfront, balcony with comfy lounge chairs. Sumptuously furnished and tastefully decorated suite, including jacuzzi! Swimmable pool. Five min walk to beach. 10 min walk to town.
Saint Lucia breakfast, cocoa tea, grilled fish dinner w fresh veggies cooked perfectly, rice side delightfully seasoned, garden vegetable with goat cheese.
Front desk and restaurant staff all accommodating and delightful.
Great location walking distance to the beach and town, but quiet and peaceful. Nice balcony, bed was comfortable and shower was good. Plenty of space in the room with lots of storage for clothes.
The staff were very nice
The communal areas are really nice, seating in reception and lots of nice areas to sit around the hotel. There’s limited shade around the pool area, the grounds are well looked after.
Location, near small town and supermarket. Loads of places to eat within walking distance as was the beach.
Hotel was small and our room no. 28 overlooked the lagoon. Very friendly staff, we had a couple of small niggly problems which were promptly sorted. Very good French restaurant on site and also friendly little pub area. Nice clean pool and beautifully kept gardens.
Considering the hotel is due to close end of April 2024, to be demolished, there was still a good selection of buffet style items, hot and cold for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the staff were friendly. Lovely large pool with swim up bar. Beach was amazing and can totally understand why this is a high value sight, being used for a more up to date hotel in the future.
This is a lovely hotel right on Gros islet waterfront close to Rodney Bay and Reduit beach.
Our suite was a luxury waterfront on the edge of Gros Islet with indoor jacuzzi, patio with sunbeds and kitchenette.
The hotel has a nice small pool.
There is also a reasonably priced restaurant, the cockpit bar.

We had booked a villa with a sea view (villa 1) and were horrified to find that we had been given a view overlooking the car park. When I complained to Cleopatra she said there is a side view from the balcony. They said they were full and couldn’t move us. We decided to move hotels but everywhere appeared to be booked.
Location is great (depends what are your needs). There is a small pool on the hotel are to cool yourself down.
Neighbourhood is pretty nice, touristy and kind of safe. Bank, grocery store and mall are close, also beach and different restaurants and bars.
Nice and tasty restaurant inside the hotel.
Amazing staff, very clean rooms, amazing location to access anything and loved that it was a gated location. Cleopatra was amazing for giving recommendations and it is on the marina so accessible by water taxi. All in all, amazing time and would recommend to anyone looking!
close to everything nice pool and bbq area could have possibly more lights as it gets dark early
roof top view is amazing
staff is very nice and cleans place often
nice views clean quiet place with pool and bbq 5 mins walk from everything
couldn’t ask for more! it’s close to the beach and bars and restaurants in Rodney Bay, and the staff is wonderful.
I also took a dive (located at the hotel) and it was wonderful

Including my special request
Will be going and recommending everyone to go once going to Saint Lucia
