I celebrated my 30th birthday there and they decorated the room and upgraded my room. Regardless of whether it was my birthday the staff made me feel very welcome. Alexander and Hager really made the experience special with the way that the room was decorated for my birthday and the excellent customer service that they provided.

Set on a spectacular 9km stretch of pristine white beach on Abu Dhabi’s breathtaking Saadiyat Island, Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is a one-of-a-kind five-star property with a regal presence. We were upgraded from a single room to a private villa with our own swimming pool and direct access to the beach. An unforgettable experience and an amazing time spent there. The staff also were super kind and welcoming. We really loved everything here!
