We arrived passed their booking time but the staffs made sure they kept our keys and cards where we could take them and even send us messages were our card was and so on. You can find literally everything for your stay, starting from some hygienic products for women and finishing ironing board, slippers and a bottle of wine :) It was very helpful to have everything at the place.
