Excellent hotel, in my opinion located in the perfect spot of the city (San Antonio), very close to Pelourinho but still outside the busy center. The view from the hotel is stunning and the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way .being a small hotel made it comfortable. The room was a good size with spacious opening windows, good breakfast delivered to the room, comfortable beds and good hot water. helpful andfriendly staff made the stay even more enhance, half way up the hill (not too steep) but cafes and shops everywhere ,, up hill for more vibrant less pushy ones. Salvador is a great place and we had an excellent 3 days there

Well located in the center of Salvador, Bahia Pelô Hostel is within 1.5 miles of MAM Beach and a 6-minute walk of Pelourinho. The owner Natalia was very accommodating. She made sure our stay was comfortable and offered great communication. When she was not present her staff members Sandra and Marcel were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were some of the best we stayed in Salvador after a 3 week stay. The location is very good, right by all the attractions of Salvador. The beaches are not far away at all (Uber).
