Attractively situated in the Perdizes district of Sao Paulo, Hotel Pousada Pacaembu is situated 1.3 km from Pacaembu Stadium, 1.8 km from Latin America Memorial and 2.8 km from Allianz Parque. Situated in a nice residential area, the property is very nicely done and kept shiny! The people in the hotel are extremely sweet and very helpful! Shout out to Oscar the man! I am sure who goes out of his way for all. 'Brigado Oscar! Eu vou voltar amigo!

Attractively located in the Perdizes district of Sao Paulo, Hospedaria Santo André is situated 1.2 km from Allianz Parque, 3.4 km from Latin America Memorial and 4.1 km from Pacaembu Stadium. Everything is perfect. The staff, the location, the room, space and cost. I don’t know how much they might be charging when you read this but for me it was below average price and higher than average in value.

This 4-star hotel in São Paulo has a rooftop pool with panoramic city views. Each room has a kitchen and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. The best location ever, close to everything.

Transamérica Executive Perdizes features a rooftop scenic pool and a restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is served daily. Transamerica was my choice due to its proximity to Allianz Parque since the main reason for my trip to São Paulo was the Twice concert. It's not that close to a metro station (20-minute walk). However, it's perfect if you are attending an event at Allianz. In addition to location, another prerequisite for me comes with an office space. I work and study remotely, so that's a must. The room also has many sockets. It's essential nowadays, as we carry notebooks, cell phones, power banks, and so on. The breakfast offers variety, with replacements all the time, natural juices, and full of vegetarian options. And the service at reception was so warm, I felt at home. :)

Only stayed one night but staff was kind and professional, facilities clean and reasonably modern and well maintained. Room was confortable, the view was not particularly great ... other close by buildings.
