The staff were very welcoming, kind, attentive and accommodating. The room was very spacious with a living room and a kitchenette, great for staying with our three kitties. Very good breakfast, only sausages were missing; great restaurant terrace with wonderful city views. Very good value for money. It is a classic and traditional hotel where you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Large, quiet rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. We received a very generous upgrade and enjoyed the enormous suite with spectacular view of the city and mountains.

The 4-star Holiday Inn Express Santiago Las Condes offers spacious accommodations with free internet access, large windows and flat-screen TVs in the Las Condes district. Good location. Staff were always helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

"Excellent service and customer service" This is the third time I have been to this hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially Sebastian and Don Juan. I didn't know him before, very friendly and helpful person. I recommend this hotel to any traveler going to Santiago de Chile.
