The 4-star Holiday Inn Express Santiago Las Condes offers spacious accommodations with free internet access, large windows and flat-screen TVs in the Las Condes district. Everything. The room was big and clean with the nice view, breakfast, staff, location. Perfect.

In Santiago's El Golf area, MR Express (ex Hotel Neruda Express) offers 3-star accommodation with cable TV and a minibar. Wi-Fi, and breakfast are included free of charge. The breakfast was excellent! The location perfect for my specific purpose to be as close to the embassy. I wish to express my deepest gratitude to the front desk and security staff (I'm not sure if I may names here, but they know who they are) for their assistance, patience and understanding of my extremely difficult situation in obtaining emergency travel documentation.
