Perfect location,great staff and top notch internet service. I plan on returning in a couple weeks after rounding the horn!

Good size bathroom, great shower pressure, room to store toiletries. The private courtyard off our room was unexpected and a great place to relax and dry washing! Breakfast was included and of a high standard and plenty of options. Location felt safe with plenty going on to look at and lots of restaurants nearby- all easy walking. Easy walk to the Finnicular from here.

Staff were very helpful and the location of this hotel was in a very convenient location. It was surrounded by restaurants it was also in walking distance to the main center (approx 20mins). Rooms were comfortable and breakfast service had a good variety.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a bar, and a terrace, Hotel Ismael 312 offers rooms with free WiFi and cable TV in Santiago, 65 metres from Universidad Catolica Metro Station. we really enjoyed our stay and the staff were so accommodating and made it even better. we were able to check in early, and leave our luggage after checkout since our flight was at 11pm. location is walking distance to centro and many restaurants and bars. breakfast was also fantastic. the view from the rooftop pool is also beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. we loved ismael hotel and would recommend to all our friends!
