A recently renovated apartment situated in the Bavaro district of Punta Cana, Casa Mulata Paseo del Mar Pool & Playa offers accommodation with with a private beach area, private parking and free WiFi.... Property is immaculate clean and full equipped, amazing location, way too safe, the pool is very relaxing and the buildings are very quiet. We were looking for a cozy place to spend an affordable week close to the public amenities of Corales. (I.e., We weren't looking for the resort experience.) The place was well stocked with everything we needed, right down to an auxilary hdmi cable. A colmado is right next door. It's a quick walk to restaurants, groceries, the beach, and everything else we needed. It sits right in front of the pool, which made it easy to watch our kids and made for a pleasant view. Everyone we met in the residencia was welcoming and helpful.

Amazing flat, extremely helpful host that goes out of his way to make you comfortable, every small detail has been thought. Even though it is inside a shared apartment, due to its balcony and bathroom, it offers full privacy. Internet is fast/stable to handle remote work. Fingerprint locks are a great worry-free addition to go for a swim without thinking keys.
