The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent! Very responsive, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Eva from reception, who cares very much about the guests' well-being while staying at this fantastic place. I really liked the choice of food, themed evenings, "live music" at dinner. Lots of pools, good water park. If you don't want to go to a restaurant for lunch, you can get snacks in various places in the vast area. Very good group of animators who try to talk to every customer. Keep that bar up. Will definitely come back here!

It was an amazing experience from the moment we stepped in. All the staff members are friendly and ready to go the extra mile. Special warm greetings to the animation team - guys do a great job. The food was amazing, especially in the Oriental restaurant. Besides the food, the service is also on the top. Highly recommended!
