Well, Kempinski business model is one of a kind. Well trained staff, you can feel hospitality everywhere inside the hotel and they are ready to make you feel home. We had to change the room due to the fact that in Egypt there are still available rooms for smokers and we didn't want to be accommodated in one of those rooms. They changed our room rapidly without any supplementary question. The breakfast was fabulous, rich and well presented. We would definitely choose Kempinski again when in Cairo.
