Located next to Citystars shopping mall, this 5-star luxury hotel has large outdoor swimming pool and 10 varied restaurants. I stayed in intercontinental ,its good Hotel to stay . Room is Very Good.All things in Room well Arranged and Clean. All Staff is very helping & Professional. But i will appreciate Mr.Ahmed Hassan specially because he is very nice & Professional person. all people on reception well trained. Now i realized why intercontinental on top,they have well trained staff like ahmed. thanks so much intercontinental.

Staff is incredibly nice (Reception, housekeeping, restaurant, laundry, etc) Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Kamel from the Reception Team who was very supportive. The size of the room is really spacious and the view was really good.
