The Social Hub Madrid ligger i Madrid, 7 minuters promenad från Plaza de España, och erbjuder boende med en säsongsöppen utomhuspool, privat parkering, ett fitnesscenter och en gemensam lounge. The room was on the smaller side but was very comfortable, practical and well put together. The overall vibe in the common spaces was very good - you can definitely see some movement, lots of different people coming together but it's still calm enough that you can enjoy the spaces. The staff was super nice and helpful, from the first to the last person we had contact with. It's also in a good location that allows you to just walk to a lot of places. Will definitely be going back.

Barceló Torre Madrid ligger på torget Plaza de España i Madrid och erbjuder eleganta rum med gratis WiFi, en inomhuspool och en egen restaurang. Excellent breakfest, very varied and everything was very tasty! The bed was very comfortable and the room very tidy and with an amazing view! I recommend if available & possible the rooms with views!! lastly but not least the staff was really friendly and caring, from front desk to the room, really impecable! we will come back definetly!

Location 5/5. The location is very good. It is located 2 minutes from the metro that takes you to one of the main streets (La Gran Vía). Staff 5/5. The attention of the staff is incredible. I had a problem with my shower one of the days I was there, and the hotel sent me a courtesy for the inconvenience. They were really interested in making sure I didn't have a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly. Gym 3/5. It is what is expected from it. A basic gym, few machines, but it's opened 24 hrs and the kettlebells are in good shape and they've got several weights.

Very big and clean room. Bed is large and comfortable. Large, closed and secured parking in front of hotel. All staff are great especially young lady on our check in.
