The stay at this property has always been great and have stayed here a fair few times, my last experience on Friday 8th April was a little less happy, at around 2:30-3 am on Saturday 9th April we were loudly woken up to loud knocking on the door, which happened to be a very intoxicated guest not knowing his own room.. and then to see him urinate right outside.. and after calling the front desk to which the staff member did respond, I’m beginning to wonder how such a intoxicated person was even able to get to the lifts and not be questioned at reception, the following morning we had to raise it agin at front desk to be told this had been noted and was offered a 20% refund on the room rate of £119.. the entire night was ruined for my girlfriend who could not get to any sleep after and speaking to the duty manager in the morning who was fully aware of the incident, I feel 20% was a kick in the teeth and I would have expected much more for the short falls of acknowledging the people walking in and out of the hotel.. I look forward to hearing from the team at the hotel.

This modern 4-star hotel is 500 metres from Birmingham New Street Rail Station and the Bullring shopping centre. It has stylish, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a gym. the entire stay was sinply fantastic - from a fast check-in, lovely room and the views, to a very generous breakfast. no doubt I’ll stay here next time I’m in Birmingham!

Staff was great, super friendly and the hotel is very nice! Clean, quite, and a great value for money 🙏🏻

The 4-star Macdonald Burlington Hotel is located in a Victorian property in the heart of the city centre, a 30 seconds walk from New Street Station. In front of station!!! It’s such a convenient location.

Ovaj moderni hotel nalazi se u živahnom centru Birmingema i nudi besplatan WiFi i elegantne sobe. Na samo 5 minuta hoda nalaze se šoping centar Bull Ring i Železnička stanica New Street Birmingham. I am so glad I was finally able to change the dates and the staff was so friendly and kind. I enjoyed my stay here ! Najda is an absolute sweetheart. Happy new year :)

The apartment was in a great location, easy to find and whilst it's in the city centre, it's very quiet. The hosts were very accommodating. As our flight got in very early, we were able to check in with ease. Beautiful apartment with a brilliant view of the city and close to bars, cafes, restaurants, and everything you need. Look forward to visiting again.
