Everything was perfect from the moment we set foot in the hotel. The staff allowed us to have breakfast when we arrived early in the morning. We left our luggage and left after breakfast and when we came back at 1.30pm, we were allowed early check-in. This really made our day, especially after arriving from the other side of the globe. The stay itself was marvelous. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was nice and sufficient, and the location is perfect. I have to thank all the staff; they have been very helpful and kind. Highly recommended place to stay.

Just a 10-minute walk from Hammersmith Tube Station, the Star Hotel offers inviting rooms in a friendly atmosphere. It was super clean and we didn't hear any noice from outside so we could sleep very well. The bed was very comfortable.

I informed the staff that it was my boyfriends 30th birthday and there was a lovely note, chocolates and a small gift waiting for him on arrival ☺️

Gedung pertunjukan musik O2 Shepherds Bush Empire berjarak hanya 300 meter dari hotel modern ini. Masing-masing kamar kedap suara di hotel ini memiliki kamar mandi pribadi dari marmer Italia. The staff were very nice and let us store our luggage. The room was comfy. The room had fans because of the heat wave and wasn't too bad.
