Seeing me with multiple bags in the rain, she first took me to a comfortable changing room and told me I could repack and organize myself there. She even helped me find the perfect-sized cardboard box. When I offered to pay for it, she insisted that it wasn't necessary. Later, I couldn't properly thank her as the shuttle arrived, so I decided to publicly acknowledge her exceptional service here. Her performance deserves to be recognized by everyone! Respecting guests, understanding their needs, going the extra mile, and always wearing a big smile – she is the best hotel staff I have encountered in the post-pandemic era!
