The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to Green park and its underground station. As well as London’s busy shopping district and restaurants. The entire concept of the hotel is brilliant. Shout out to all the fantastic staff, with a special mention to Roxana, for their attentiveness and attention to detail.

Style and decor of rooms was superb. Staff were incredibly professional and friendly. We had heard great things about Claridges but it exceeded our expectations.
