The staff were vey kind and always ready to react to my request. The food including water which were in dining room were all free. The location was fantastic as we can easily walk to Acropolis in 20min through Monastraki square.

The Residence Aiolou Hotel & Spa is a newly introduced modern boutique hotel housed in two beautiful buildings. the hotel is in the city center surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. The staff is super helpfull. we found a bottle of sparking wine in the room when we entered and they gave us a bottle of olive oil when we left. the rooms have good shampoo, conditioner and tooth paste (which we forgot at home). we recommend the staff and the hotel 100%
