The staff goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Exceptional location wise. After staying for a week, can totally understand why it’s rated so highly. 10/10.

Boasting a panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the city, The Upper House is centrally located in Hong Kong Island right on top of Pacific Place, the city’s premier shopping mall. Amazing bathroom and the rooms were so comfortable! Excellent service

Overlooking Victoria Harbour, Mandarin Oriental offers elegant rooms with 48-inch flat-screen TV, 8 dining options including Michelin Star restaurant Mandarin Grill+Bar, a spa and fitness centre. Splendid property - Tonnes of old world charm. Terrific location, and the most hospitable staff I have ever met. They personally greet you and remember all the tiny details. Steve, the General Manager was very kind and Vicki Chan at Cafe Causette was so attentive and thoughtful.

The location is amazing which is only a couple of minutes walk from ifc and hk airport express. Location to MTR is also very convenient with loads of local cafes around the hotel. Thank you so much to the concierge staff who was so kind to walk me closer to ifc with my luggages. This is an incredible hotel which I always feel incredibly safe and comfortable in.
