Just one mile from Dublin city centre, the Avoca House Bed & Breakfast provides comfortable rooms with en suite bathrooms. Rooms all have TVs and free Wi-Fi. Our stay was a great pleasure thanks to our dear Mr. Jack and his lovely wife Mrs. Audrey. They made us feel like home with an extremely warm atmosphere throughout the property. From the decoration, to the breakfast ... everything was taken care of in every detail! It is located in a very central point of the city with a very direct access to the national roads. We will definitely visit this wonderful place on our next trip!

Conveniently set in the Drumcondra district of Dublin, Kennedys B&B Drumcondra is located less than 1 km from Croke Park Stadium, 2.4 km from Connolly Train Station and 2.7 km from EPIC The Irish... The stuffs were friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom has warm water and they also provided us a hair dryer.

I had a busy day of sales calls so I really appreciated Yvonne taking my suitcase even though it was a few hours until check in. This was my second time staying here and the service was consistent both times.

Beautiful space, huge garden and excellent breakfast. At such a low rate, you can't do any better. I would stay again, 100%. Easy to get to the center by bus. Buy a leaf pass.
