The proffessional care and friendlyness of the people working there creates an absolute relaxing cosiness which I hardly felt in other places I visited before. Our stay was definitively an exceptional, excellent experience.

The Grafton Hotel features a bar and a terrace. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The front desk staff, Gareth and Carmina were outstanding. They went out of their way to help us and we were blown away by such customer service. They need to be recognized by the hotel for exceptional work. Not very common these days.
