I was welcomed very warmly by Meghna and escorted very warmly to my upgraded room by Akhil. I loved the whole experience of the room and the first thing I check out in a hotel room is the washroom, and I was elated with the feel of the whole interior! The trip to Bengaluru and the stay at Renaissance was a life changing reason and the stay and the staff made it even more memorable! I had come to celebrate my friends birthday for a dinner and Lush did a great job! Srishti, the hostess made the whole dinner experience even more special! She connected with the whole celebration of friendship and starting from the delicious food and the options of the amazing the buffet spread, loved the Asparagus Soup and the fish options and also enjoyed the salad spread, which ended with a surprise celebration cake freshly out of the bakery which Shrishti had so graciously added in as a complimentary! Every thing I ate was great at Lush! The breakfasts at Lush were always enjoyable, with amazing food, loved the pastries every morning and the last breakfast was made super special by the whole team, with surprise dessert, and the everybody made me feel so special! The little banter with Stephen, and the conversation with Chef Sandip (I hope i have remembered the name right) all the little things like this made my stay so beautiful that I cant wait to come back and experience this even better again soon! Like it was written on my plate, See You Soon! I can't wait to do that quite soon! I am extremely grateful to Yogesh, for being patient and quite supportive, and looking forward to associating more with you all! My stay at Renaissance was more than my comfortable room, beautiful decor and great vibes, it was a comfort zone! and it was more than special because of the reason I was there. Thank you to the whole team for such warmth and welcome!

If you are looking to stay in a hotel that is in the city and also family friendly, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangalore.
