The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality experienced was beyond words! The rooms were of good size and had an European design. The cleanliness was exceptional - both with the room and the surroundings. One thing to highlight was the food - the breakfast buffet was impressive both in size and quality! I haven't had so much authentic food from different parts of India before!

When do I end? On last day, our return Emirares flight to Dubai was at 7pm onwards to London, duty manager kindly gave us a free late check out at 2pm instead of 12 noon. House keeping service in the room was great in terms of cleaning bedroom twice a day or more if need, restocking items like coffee/tea sachets and natural bottled water. Laundry service was fantastic and quick so less to wash when returning home. WELL DONE ITC MAHARATA MUMBAI, NICE END TO OUR 5 WEEKS FAMILY HOLIDAY ALL OVER INDIA. WILL RETURN AGAIN HERE SOON AND ANOTHER ITC HOTEL SOMEWHERE ELSE IN INDIA IN FUTURE

Nestled amidst 12 acres of sprawling greenery, Grand Hyatt Mumbai is situated in the heart of the city. I like everything, specially the food from all the restaurants. The staff were amazing. very help full and kind. The rooms was cleaned daily. lovely hotel. The security guards at the hotel entrance was always smiling which i did not see in any other hotel. they always greeted us with a smile. Thanks to them.
