Pretty much everything. The staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were quiet enough, or maybe I just had nice neighbors! And the key card way of unlocking is great too. It is also cheap and accessible even if slightly away from the center.

Everything was perfect during our stay! Excellent place to stay in, close to the city center. Staff was extreamly kind, helpful and flexible.

A quaint quiet hotel in the suburbs of Milan, where you can live amongst the locals. The hotel is family run, and they are super sweet. They let me check in at around 9am with no extra charge as I had arrived by overnight train and was exhausted. They spoke no English but were very kind and made every effort to help and used Google translate when necessary. They greeted me every time I came downstairs, and gave me hot coffee and croissant for breakfast with a smile. I'm pretty sure I was the only guest here, as I never saw anyone else. The mattress was a highlight as it was memory foam and really helped me sleep well. They also had AC in the room (at no extra charge). There are public transport stops nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, very comfy and I would come back))
