Hotel La Pergola offers guest rooms with free Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Located in a quiet residential area of Rome, it is well linked to Termini Station. The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro that runs directly through the city center. The front desk staff members were exceptional. There was a fine gentleman called Sergio, he was the most helpful. Not only I would give him 10 out of 10, but also recommend a pay raise for him. The room was very big and had a modern bathroom.

This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. I have only good things to say about this facility! Staid at this hotel for two days during the new year's celebrations in Rome, I was very pleased with the service and facility, so much so that it felt wrong not to write a review. Arrived at the hotel the day of the 30th and was able to park my car really close to the entrance, the hotel offers inside parking but is based on availability and I didn't take advantage of this feature... Fortunately it seemed like they are located in a quiet residential area of the city, and although difficult, some parking was available pretty much always. I ended up using the public transport most of the time but it was nice knowing the car was right there if needed. Check-in was pretty straight forward, the clerk was nice, efficient and very prepared. She provided information on the facility itself and also on how to move around Rome during our stay. Moving around a city is always difficult, the tips she gave us for the public transport were very much appreciated. The room was cozy and clean with all the standard features, the staff had also left a bottle of "spumante" in the room as a thank you for choosing them for our new year's stay. The bathroom was also very clean and nice, not too spacious but just fine for 2 people and everything was in its place... Breakfast was really nice, all the classics were present: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurts, cold cuts, cheese, jams etc. It was also nice to see items only seen in higher end hotels like: hard boiled eggs, different types of "cornetti" (croissants), cakes and more. Breakfast staff was excellent! The place is clearly very nice and very well kept, but for my experience the best feature of the structure was the staff! A very efficient and well assembled team that went above and beyond to provide a great service. I have worked in a "Best Western" in the past and that's why I continue choosing this chain.

It was very accessible, since it was close to the metro and also to multiple bars and restaurants. Great for my stay.

The accommodation was fantastic.One of the most cleanest and tidiest apartments I have ever been.It has everything you need.I really liked the style of the apartment and the lights in the tap,so cool.The owner welcomed us very nicely.The location of the apartment is a little bit far from the center but the buses drive every few minutes,so for us that wasn’t a problem.I think 30 min aprox. you will need to the city centar.I suggest this place,so nice.

Casa Casu terletak di Rome, 4.7km dari Stesen Metro Rebibbia dan 6.6km dari Stesen Metro Bologna. Me and my mum had a lovely couple of days staying here. Francesco was very helpful assisting us with the very late self check-in (we arrived in the middle of the night and got in without any issues). It is a bit far from the center however in 3 min walk you have a direct bus that goes to Piazza Venezia and we never waited more than 5 min for a bus. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable and there was a lovely kitchen for a light breakfast and an espresso in the morning. We met Tina from housekeeping on the first day, had a lovely chat and she helped us with the bus tickets. Would definitely come back again.

The size of the unit was well above Rome standards. The bed was comfortable. The espressos and cookies the host provided were appreciated.
