I had many valuable things in my car and they offered me a parking space in the underground parking (5 euros). The staff was also great and they spoke engliosh and french as well.

The hostess was very helpful and friendly, although she does not speak English, but everything can be translated through a translator or gestures to understand. It was very clean in the rooms. Downstairs there is a great bar with sushi and various Chinese noodles - prices are excellent and very tasty, you can take away food. Steep stairs to get up to the room, mind you.
