The room was also excellent at creating the full japanese living experience! As a bonus, it has it's private little Japanese garden on the backyard which we liked very much!

In the Kita Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kinkaku-ji Temple, Nachiya has a garden and a washing machine. The owner, Mamoru-san was extremely helpful. I had a health complications on our last day and he even took me to the clinic. He gives you a tablet that has all house appliance manuals and many sites of interest around Kyoto, including good restaurants and his recommended places and restaurants. I stayed in 4 places in Japan and this one was the best, by far. Extremely recommended, especially if you're looking for that old style Japanese house experience.

Located within the Kita Ward district in Kyoto, Cozy house 8, free wifi a rented electric bicycle has air conditioning, a balcony, and mountain views. Great little apartment, great location and we even got picked up from the station on arrival and dropped back when we left which was most appreciated given our heavy back packs. Highly recommend this place!

Featuring quiet street views, 日照庵 Nisshouan provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 4.1 km from Kitano Tenmangu Shrine. Beautiful home at a great location. A quiet part of Kyoto and right next door to an amazing temple. The home was very spacious and well maintained. All of the accessories were there and they even provided some tea and coffee and snacks. Very nice hosts and great communication. There are several restaurants and cafes as well as several temples all within walking distance. Highly recommend!
