I really love the staff, they are really helpful. They also can speak English really well so that's easy to communicate. The location is great, just few steps to Shin-Imamiya station. Love it.

Nice hotel in nice area well connected with the metro Kind receptionists , speak English , possibility to leave the luggage . Amazing breakfast with discount given from the reception. The room and bathroom was clean, we had a great view of the city (we were on the 11th floor), and the staff spoke good English, which was not necessary for us, but very helpful. There's a subway entrance just outside the hotel doors, so getting around the city was very easy.
