The staff members, Khurram, Ashraf and Ishraq where always really helpful. Always helped me with my luggage and asked if i need anything . The room was clean but small. It was overall a really good stay and the care of the staff members made it a bit better. Thank you!

Viietärnihotell Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur asub elavas linnaosas, pakkudes linna saginast kõrgemal asetsevaid majutusüksuseid. Breakfast was amazing and Botanica were so kind to make me takeaway breakfasts for the mornings where I needed to leave before 7! Cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms was great. Great view of the city. Best location if you're looking to use the train.

The property has free WiFi access throughout. the room is very clean and tidy. bed is super comfortable. bath tub is clean and i absolutely love the coffee machine provided in the room. the food served was delicious and so many choices to choose from. worth for the price paid and definitely will come again. please make a reservation at the lobby if you plan to use the swimming pool since they have limitations of 10 person each session.

The Boulevard – St. Giles Boulevard, Kuala Lumpur occupies a prime location in the Mid Valley district of Kuala Lumpur. We like the most the staff friendliness and helpful at all times. The evening cocktail and fruit basket was also great and something we did not expect. Highly recommended

Location is excellent because it is connected to Mid Valley Mall and very convenient for food and shopping. The room is good size and the bathroom is excellent, love it. Did not have breakfast/

Just steps from Mid Valley Megamall which houses a spa and pool, Cititel Mid Valley is a 5-minute walk from Mid Valley Komuter Train Station. Place was conveneince for everythin and confortable

As usual, we love everything! This was our umpteenth time here and would continue to visit again in the future🥰
