The greatest asset this hotel has is its staff. The team members at the Days Hotel in KL are top-notch in doing their jobs AND with customer service. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping crew to the maintenance team, every single team member I came in contact with was polite, helpful, and friendly. The second greatest asset of this hotel was the lovely big king-sized bed in my room. I don't have the words to describe how comfortable I was and how well I slept in that fabulous bed!

Directly linked to Sunway Velocity Mall, office towers and serviced residences, Sunway Velocity Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodations away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Staff was very helpful and always around when questions arise. Location was very convenient for me to reach towards spots I had planned to visit.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious, providing a great environment to relax. The breakfast served was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location near Times Square made it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Good price high value. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay. The stuff I’m is super helpfully and friendly. The room spacious and comfortable, specially the bed and pillows. Great views to the Petronas towers and the huge buildings. The neighbor hood is quiet and the windows isolated. Had an amazing rest there :). Highly recommended as it’s 10 min walking from the amazing center of Kuala Lumpur.
