Of al the places we stayed this was the coziest and felt the most like home. The location was quiet but still close to everything and the host very very helpful and responsive. The heated floors in the bathroom were a wonderful surprise. The property allowed us to leave our luggage until check in and prepared our room early for us.

The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, although it is not on the most important canals it is very near. Everyone at the reception were very nice, specially Alejandra from Colombia. Hotel Museumzicht is situated on the upper floors of a 19th century Art nouveau mansion. From the breakfast room you have a unique view of the Rijksmuseum, a 3-minute walk away. Very friendly staff! The Czech guy (cannot remember the name) at the reception knew everything about the city and was a big highlight of the stay.
