The room was large and well-equipped, the kitchen was super-cute, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the staff were fabulous and the cool decor is to die for. Cocktails in the bar were awesome and dinner downstairs in Ada was sublime!! <3

Everything is Perfect, the house and the room are extremely confortable and our hostess Ângela is a very nice person. She showed us the shoppings near the house and helped us to buy the bus Card.In the room she had left lots of food for breakfast or even an afternoon snack, it was so sweet and lovely!!!

Situated in Auckland, 4.8 km from Auckland Domain and 4.9 km from Aotea Centre, Sunny & Cozy Home near Western Springs offers a garden and air conditioning. This was close to Western Springs for our annual concert so location was key. Was very cosy and felt very much like home. Lovely outdoor area to relax and have dinner with a glass of wine, a bbq would have been a great addition. My sister thought the queen bed in the room was very comfortable, although it 'squeeked' when trying to get comfortable. Overall with a few minor touch ups this place would be really amazing. I would definitely return if a few small things were fixed.
