Wow, what a positive change it has gone through. Fantastic job to the new management and staff. All the staff were extremely professional, helpful and courteous. A big thank you to all of them. Wonderful work. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a positive change. In every aspect, I was pleasantly surprised by the early checking possibility with breakfast, updated modern, clean rooms, more variety for breakfast, quality of food, terrace area clean, organized, net on the side of the terrace.... Superb. In addition, I would like to mention the transportation service as well because it was excellent. Thank you to both Ivan and Berismo for everything. The service, they provided was reliable, professional, courteous, fast, safe and friendly. Next time, we will stay in Plaza Paitilla Inn with my husband.
